Information for out of town guests

Thank you for coming into town for our wedding!
We want you to have a great time while you're in Bend, whatever the length of your stay is.
We know that most people prefer to make accommodations by themselves, but if you are wanting advice or help finding a place to stay over the wedding-weekend, please let us know!  We have both worked as front desk agents and will be able to help you find a great deal.
The Econolodge, which is located at 437 NE 3rd St. in Bend has offered us an additional 10% off their regular rate ($59/$69 plus tax) for group booking, and our groomsmen will already be staying there.  Christopher may be able to help get additional discounts if that is what you need, as he works for Choice Hotels.  Let us know if this is what you're wanting to do.

VisitBend.com is a great resource for what's going on in Bend; and they have many resources about activities and events.
Bend has many attractions beyond our ceremony, a calendar of the events going on in town the weekend of our wedding can be found *here* .
Other local attractions include the high desert museum, shopping in the Old Mill District and historic downtown.  We would be happy to give any recommendations for where to eat and what to visit during your stay.

Directions to Romaine Village Recreation Hall

Our wedding is located at the Romaine Village Recreation Hall in Bend, Oregon.
19940 Mahogany Street, Bend, OR 97702*

Directions from Highway 97 South:
Drive down Highway 97 past mile marker 141.  Take the first right onto Romaine Village Way.  Take a right onto Ridge Drive at the stop sign.  Continue as the road becomes Mahogany Street.  The Hall will be on the right past Granite Drive.

Directions from Highway 97 North:
Drive up Highway 97 past mile marker 141.  Take a right at Pinebrook Boulevard, the second stop light.  Drive up to 3rd Street (Business 97) and take a right at the stop sign. Take a left at the stop light onto Highway 97 South.  Take the first right onto Romaine Village Way.  Take a right onto Ridge Drive at the stop sign.  Continue as the road becomes Mahogany Street.  The Hall will be on the right past Granite Drive.

Please reserve the parking in front of the building for elders and for the bridal party.
Parking is available on the street and on the side of the building.
